Its time we stop relying on BP to stop this and clean it up and just all pitch in and do it ourselves, we are waiting on a company who has given up because they arent’ going to be rich anymore. I say if everyone pitches in American and Canada alone we could solve this problem ourselves and cap that damn thing once and for all… someone needs to take control and say enough and come up with a realistic plan now and not in August…

Not a word of advice on how to stem the flow from other oil giants such as Shell . I wonder is it Broadhaven Bay ,Co Mayo, Ireland, next for destruxction, with the same sloppyness styled approach as adopted by BP.
Perhpas they should seek advice from Maura Harrington and Co.

Dear all,

please forgive me if this has already been suggested , but there are thousands of trawlers that have over fished our oceans and done far more damage to the oceans than this spill.

Allow these trawlers the chance with either advance booms or nets to dredge the oil and if the product is resellable sell it to whichever entreprenures are able to use it for plastc, fuel or all the other things , instead of “salt-water Taffee” this coulf be salt water oil

Get over it Tony! Money can’t buy what you have destroyed. Why don’t you roll up your pant legs and get your hands dirty in your precious oil, you are no longer competent to direct the control of the spill, if you ever were.
